Arne Dahlberg, HR Lead, Coca-Cola
Born and raised as the second children of five, HR or People Management was part of my life from beginning in Uppsala. After graduation as Master of Organisational Psychology in Umeå, I served as Learning & Development Manager at Continental, Gislaved.
Most fascinating at Continental were the huge machines used in tire manufacturing and to see the proudness amongst the operators handling them. The main contributions from my side from these four years were the digitalization of white-collar employees, implementation of Project Management and Quality Training of the operators.
At Coca-Cola, I started off with Employee relations and HR management in Supply Chain. Our plant had at the time 10 lines. We brought up the efficiency from 55 to 75% by implementing focused start/stop sessions. Together with the management, I led the organizational change and also the downsizing activities both in manufacturing and logistics 2004-2016.
I moved to a commercial and in 2016 I got the job to look after HR Sweden. In this role we have kept on the changing pace, during 2018 we shifted our route to a market where we partner with wholesalers and breweries to optimize the logistics.
